A unique opportunity, in the form of a workshop, was granted to the coordinators and leaders of the St. Ann’s Congregation. These mentors are at the forefront of leading and guiding our institutions towards a better future and, hence, need to be guided first so as to be able to lead tomorrow. Likewise, Sister Jessy Matthew, the Educational Counsellor of the Province of St. Ann’s Northern India, arranged a workshop titled "Leadership and Motivational Strategies"on 18th July, 2026, at St. Mary’s School, Buddhi Vihar,Moradabad. A total of seven schools sent their representatives to attend the workshop. It was chaired by Ms. Akanksha Arora. The Principal, Ms Aparajita Majumder, along with the teachers, Ms Vibhuti Agarwal; Ms Rupa Ghosh, Ms Indu Kharbanda, Ms Shuchi Sharma and Ms Minakshi Sharma represented St. Ann’s Sr Sec School, Roorkee. Overall, it was an effective and inspirational workshop that provided several valuable insights for educational leaders to follow as they guide and inspire our children towards a better tomorrow.
