Description :Yoga helps attaining mind peace. Performing a yoga asan releases stress and helps proper functioning of mind. Practicing yoga also helps in sharpening the memory. So on 21st June 2019 we celebrated International Yoga Day in our school. Students and teachers participated enthusiastically and perform various asans such as Vrikshasan, Trikonasana , Makrasana , Suryanamaskar etc and Pranayam. We all had great fun.
